When you create an xPunge account and receive an API key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the xPunge SDK in your application solely for the purpose of on-device content detection. The license is tied to the application package name you registered at signup.
You may not:
xPunge subscriptions are billed monthly. Your plan determines how many detection calls you can make per calendar month. Unused calls do not roll over.
Usage counting: Each call to analyzeImage, analyzeFile, or analyzeXFile counts as one image toward your monthly quota. This includes video use cases — each frame you pass to analyzeImage counts as one image.
Free tier limits are strictly enforced. Once you reach 1,000 images in a calendar month, detection will stop until the next billing cycle.
Paid tier limits include a small buffer to allow time to upgrade if you approach your limit. Detection will continue briefly past your plan's monthly limit, but continued overuse without upgrading may result in key suspension.
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. If payment fails, your API key will be suspended after a 7-day grace period. You can cancel at any time — your key remains active through the end of the paid period.
The free tier (1,000 images/month) is provided as-is with no SLA. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with 30 days notice.
xPunge processes images entirely on-device. No image data is ever transmitted to xPunge servers. The only network call the SDK makes is reporting a usage count (one integer) at app launch — no image content, no user data.
The SDK is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the model will detect all explicit content, and detection results should not be the sole basis for moderation decisions in high-stakes contexts.
xPunge's liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the SDK is limited to the amount you paid in the 1 month preceding the claim. xPunge is not liable for any decisions made based on detection results, any content that goes undetected, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
